EMD 645 AND 710 ENGINES
RVEL have an exclusive agreement to distribute NREC products and technology in the UK and Ireland, with the main focus being on parts and services for EMD 645 & 710 engines, and also NREC’s N-Viromotive product range and technology.
Competent RVEL technicians offer repairs and overhaul of EMD engines and components. This will mean that most UTEX components will be requalified at RVEL’s Derby facility and that RVEL technicians will be able to undertake repairs on customer’s locomotives either at Derby or at customer’s facilities.
RVEL hold a range of components for 645 and 710 engines on the shelf in
Derby. These range from gaskets through to power packs and turbo-chargers
and are available for immediate despatch throughout the UK and Ireland.
